Unit is in excellent condition. (I take care of my shite)

Unit has a card slot that can read the AEM card. You just need to inform Craig or Rob that you need a 2 GB card versus a 4 GB.

Comes with a bracket to mount the transducer onto the trolling motor if so desired.

All papers and manual that came with unit as new are in the box.

To be fair I'll mention... The Elite DSI 5 units can not be converted to a ice graph.

This unit would also make a good standalone permanent GPS display for the quad or sled. No need to mount and dismount your ice graph. Just remove the card from the quad/sled unit and insert in your ice unit once you're at your GPSed spot.

    $200 takes it.

    (Slippers in images not included)

....Can deliver to Winnipeg today if sold within a couple hours from now....

That's one helluva unit to get someone dialed in on a new-to-them boat or upgrade older stuff...or for a sled/quad.

$200 and you're AEM ready and able to Down Image fish and structure. Wish a deal like this was around when I got my first boat.

Well my wife loves cacti. I've never counted but I'd bet there's at least 50 pots of different cacti all over the house ranging in height from a couple inches to floor-to-ceiling. But I can assure you if one small leave or lobe from any one em went missing she'll notice. And she wouldn't sleep till she found out how, why, and where it is. May God have mercy on the poor soul if the act was malicious! I'm not going there! ;)

Don't you know about the bird? Everyone knows that the bird is the word. Have helix 5 that I would use on a rig when I buy one

I'll second that you don't buy Lowrance solely for AEM, but it is a real good reason to.

    No doubt there!

Before there was AEM, Lowrance was still the best option for a huge number of anglers. AEM is just bringing that to attention to the masses of MB, there are options, other than Humminbird.

Watch fishing shows from all over North America, pay attention to what's mounted on the Pro's boats......you will see that a huge portion of the time, the bird is not the word dude :)

    Major League Fishing boats....100% Lowrance.
    B.A.S.S. - tons of Lowrance
Any Pro around the Great Lakes---most likely Lowrance
Northern USA Walleye pros, again, more than likely Lowrance.....and keep in mind, Pro Walleye fishing can be argued that this is where good sonar is most important.

Both brands have all the same key features, live mapping, side and down imaging, 2D and so on, but if you go Lowrance, you now open up a whole new world of AEM...and that world is growing every year.

Lakemaster.....pretty limited coverage for the Manitoban/NW Ont guy

When I got my first boat, I pretty much fished 3 lakes and thought- "this is all I need, these three lakes" ...today, I fish over 15 bodies of water on a semi-regular basis....AEM has me covered on over half. Might not be a common thing for most guys, to fish that many different lakes and rivers, but I've found the best to grow as an angler is to fish as much different water as possible, and sign up for a few tournaments.

LOTW is incredible and is pretty much impossible to get bored of....Minaki as well, but there's so much fun water out there to test your mettle on.

I was actually surprised by the number of Garmin units in the bass boats down south on FLW etc. Paid sponsorship I'm sure but still... seems more common to see those in boats then Lowrance or Birds in the events I've seen recently anyways.
